It’s hot here in Sao Paolo, we are melting! 🙂 . The city is empty because people travelled to the coast to spend New Years day on the beach. According to Brazilian tradition during the first hours of New Years day if you jump over seven waves in the sea you will be lucky for the entire year. New Years Day is a big occasion here in Brazil, it’s more fun than Christmas. We are going to spend New Years Day in Salvador, Bahia state, celebrating the event by the sea.
